Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle.
1.Insert key into ignition and switch the ignition to ON or
ACC and turn radio to off.(On is turning ignition clockwise without cranking
engine and ACC is turning key counterclockwise.)
2. Press and hold DISP button on the radio for 5 to 10 seconds
until settings is displayed.
3. Press the SEEK up or down button until FOB PROG appears
on the display.
4. Press PREV or NEXT button to access sub menu. When pushed
BEGIN will be displayed.
5. Press the DISP button to start programming. When the
message PUSH FOB is displayed, press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at
the same time on the first remote for up to 15 seconds. An acoustic sound will
be heard to verify the remote is programmed.
6. IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL REMOTES TO PROGRAM (INCLUDING
WORKING ONES) THEN CONTINUE ON STEP 6. IF NOT CONTINUE TO STEP 7. Press and
hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at the same time on second remote for up to 15
seconds (repeat this step for up to 4 remotes total). An acoustic sound will be
heard to verify the remote is programmed.
7. The mode you selected is now set. You can either exit the
programming mode by following step 8. or program the next feature available on
your vehicle
8. Exit: (exit feature customization mode): This allows you
to exit the vehicle customization programming. To exit: Scroll until EXIT
appears on the display. Press the DISP button to exit programming. An acoustic
sound will be heard to verify exit.
