The Dodge Avenger began its life as a two-door coupe when it
was first introduced in 1995 and was then brought back to life as a four-door
sports sedan in 2008 as a replacement for the Dodge Stratus. The
Avenger also replaced the Charger as Dodge’s Nascar vehicle in 2007. Features
on the new line of Dodge Avengers include optional heated/cooled cup holders
and the Doge “Chill Zone” which can store four 12 ounce beverages in the glove
box and keep them chilled to 40°.
Starting in 2008, the Dodge Avenger came standard with remote keyless
entry.
