The Toyota Echo (Toyota Platz) is a subcompact automaobile that was manufactured from 1999-2005. The Platz was sold as either the Toytoa Echo or Toyota Yaris. Platz is the German word for "space." A coupe was also available in North America where the car was badged "Echo." Keyless entry remote systems are an available option for most Toyota Echos.
